DetailThe SQ-7 Digital Mixer from Allen & Heath is a flagship console equipped with high-end components to handle complex mixing needs. Powered by Allen & Heath's 96kHz XCVI FPGA engine, the SQ-7 provides pristine audio quality and ultra-low latency. With 32 premium mic preamps, 16 XLR outputs and expandability up to 48 mics, this mixer has ample I/O for large shows. 96kHz Audio Engine At the core of the SQ-7 is Allen & Heath's 96kHz XCVI FPGA engine which delivers high-resolution audio, latency under 0.7ms and optimized dynamic range. This next-generation engine gives the SQ-7 the power to handle 48 inputs at 96kHz with massive headroom and the ability to run DEEP plugins on all channels. 12 Stereo Mixes for In-Ear Monitoring With 12 stereo mixes and both parametric and graphic EQ on each mix, the SQ-7 is an ideal in-ear monitor mixer. Its compact, rugged design means you can avoid using house monitor consoles. Each musician can dial in their perfect IEM mix with so much control and so little latency. Expandable and Flexible Although the SQ-7 already has ample I/O, it can be expanded up to 48 mic inputs using Allen & Heath's rack and stage box expanders. You can also network two SQ-7 mixers or connect to other Allen & Heath digital mixers like the Qu or dLive for two-way audio patching. Add a Dante card to integrate with installed audio systems or provide a digital FOH/monitor split. Additional Features The SQ-7 has advanced automatic microphone mixing for conferences and broadcasts, flexible USB recording and a free iOS app for wireless control. It is designed to withstand the demands of live shows with a rugged, all-metal chassis. You can customize the layout, naming and color-coding to suit your workflow. The SQ-7 provides 8 stereo FX engines with emulations of classic reverbs, delays and more.
